To make it easier for all the chefs out there, MAC has launched a professional 8 inch TH-80 hollow edge knife. This knife is razor-sharp and is designed with the intention to keep it that way. GAYOT performed 3 tests to ascertain this. They are the Newspaper test to test the sharpness of the blade, Tomato test to check its ability when it comes to slicing soft foods and the Carrot test to see its ability when it comes to chopping hard foods. It is carefully crafted from original alloy with high carbon, molybdenum and vanadium steel. 

This blade has dimples on its edge and is named as “Granton” edge. It provides a distinct advantage in food release. This knife is very tough and strong due to the metals used to craft it. MAC is very confident about its product and gives a warranty for 25years against defects in terms of material and workmanship. The knife is also dishwasher safe.
